Eifel Whisky Malty Blend

Blend of malted wheat (40%), unpeated malted barley (40%) and heavily peated (35ppm) malted barley (20%). The non-peated malts are aged in first fill red Bordeaux casks while the peated barley is aged in re-charred red wine casks with new heavily-charred German Oak bottoms. The wisky is aged for a minimum of 7 years.
