Immediately there is a rich sherry bouquet on the nose: heavy and full, raisins, leather, and tobacco. Fermented grapes with a slightly sour note. Earthy, loamy, moist forest soil. Nougat chocolate, marzipan, cinnamon & coriander.

Taste
Creamy and “firm”, undiluted, not too violent acceleration. It is also sherry-emphasized on the tongue but in a balanced and not fake way. Raisins and dried figs, curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and coriander. Crushed currants. Milky coffee, fine tart chocolate, tart honey. Increasing wood notes. Lays comfortably on the tongue, envelops it with aromas, and fills the entire mouth. Somewhat musty cellar with damp wooden shelves.

Finish
Long and dry, with a good portion of wood, raisins, slightly dry spices, and dark chocolate.
